Mentorship Programs for Teens in Grades 7–12

Every teen is different, and the support they need can look different too.

Polaris Youth Lab offers age-appropriate mentorship designed to help teens build confidence, life skills, independence, and a stronger sense of who they are.

Grades 7–9

Small Group Mentorship

A supportive small-group experience focused on confidence, identity, friendships, communication, and everyday independence.

Grades 10-12

1:1 Mentorship

Personalized mentorship focused on life skills, independence, future planning, confidence, and preparing for what comes next.

What Sets Polaris Apart

Personalized. Not Prescribed.

Every teen starts from a different place. We use the Polaris Compass™ and Polaris Profile™ to understand their strengths, interests, challenges, and priorities before building a mentorship plan around them.

Teen-Led Growth

We don’t decide who a teen should become. Teens have a voice in choosing what they want to work on, what matters to them, and where they want to grow next.

More Than Just Conversation

Mentorship is designed to move beyond talking. Teens practice skills, try new things, take small real-world actions, and build confidence through experience.

Mentorship, Not Therapy

Polaris is a non-clinical youth development program focused on confidence, identity, life skills, independence, connection, and future readiness.
